VoiceAgent is a platform that enables real estate agents to automatically respond to client SMS inquiries using AI. When a client texts an agent's business phone number, VoiceAgent generates a response on the agent's behalf — including text replies and optional voice audio clips — and sends it back via SMS.
When you text a real estate agent's VoiceAgent-powered phone number for the first time, you will receive a consent message asking you to reply YES to confirm. By replying YES, you consent to receive SMS replies to your real estate inquiry from the agent's office, including scheduling assistance and appointment confirmations. No messages are sent unless you initiate contact and confirm.
You may receive SMS messages containing: replies to your real estate questions, scheduling assistance, appointment confirmations, and optional voice audio clips of the agent's reply.
Message frequency varies based on your conversations. You will only receive replies in response to messages you send.

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To resume, text START.

This information is used solely to provide the service — generating and delivering AI responses on behalf of the real estate agent you contacted.
No mobile information (including phone numbers) is shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors that support the service (such as messaging and AI infrastructure providers) solely to operate it. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
Conversation records are retained to provide the service and may be reviewed by the real estate agent you contacted. You may request deletion of your data by contacting the agent directly or emailing us below.
