VoiceAgent is a customer care messaging platform used by licensed real estate agents and their offices. When you text an agent's VoiceAgent business phone number, the agent's office sends SMS replies to your inquiry on the agent's behalf. No promotional or marketing messages are ever sent. All messages are sent solely in direct response to inquiries you initiate.
Consent is required to use this service. When you text a real estate agent's VoiceAgent business phone number for the first time, you will receive a consent message asking you to reply YES to confirm. By replying YES, you are consenting to receive SMS replies to your real estate inquiry from the agent's office, including scheduling assistance and appointment confirmations. No messages will be sent to you unless you first text the number and confirm with YES.
This service is not used to send unsolicited, promotional, or marketing messages. All responses are sent solely in reply to inquiries you initiate.
You may receive SMS messages containing:
You will never receive unsolicited promotions, marketing, or alerts about new listings.
You will only ever receive replies in direct response to messages you send. No unprompted outbound messages are sent.

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To resume, text START. For help, reply HELP.
We collect your mobile phone number and message content solely to provide the service. No mobile information (including phone numbers) is shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with subcontractors that support the service (such as messaging and AI infrastructure providers) solely to operate it. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
